Landscape & Nursery Division

Petroleum Marketing Division 
W.S. Pharr & Co. ranks as a leading insurance broker in the nation for this demanding, high-risk field. The Pharr team brings more than 25 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge to bear on a wide range of industry concerns. From vehicle coverage to pollution liability to the advisability of inland marine floaters, the W.S. Pharr petroleum team can provide up-to-the-minute guidance on industry standards and related insurance needs.
Led by Joe Walker, who started in the insurance business in 1979 working primarily with National Brokers in “high hazard risks” until joining W.S. Pharr & Co. in December of 1998. Early on he developed an interest in working with the Petroleum Service division of W.S. Pharr & Co.
In 2003, he became head of the division and continues to write and maintain a large portfolio of Petroleum related risk including, petroleum transport, oil jobbers, distribution and warehousing, fuel blending operations, petroleum equipment sales and distribution and multi-location convenience store operations.

Employee Benefits Division
Greg Mosely, a former minor league player in the Kansas City Royals organization, brings much to the W.S. Pharr team’s table. Having graduated with a triple major in Business Administration, Actuarial Science and Finance, he received an MBA in Finance from Xavier University. He started as a student actuary with Cincinnati Financial in 1983 and worked with them as the Georgia - Alabama Regional Director for 6 years before going in to personal production with an Atlanta based regional banker for 5 years.
Coming to W.S. Pharr & Co. in 2005, he works as part of a fine team of benefit professionals of Michael Parker, a Georgia Tech grad and Certified Financial Planner, who has been with W.S. Pharr since 2002, Janice Love a seasoned account manager and Mildred Villegas also with a number of years in the business and a real asset to green industry sales as bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Bonnie Shaver-Fleiss brings 27 years of experience to W.S. Pharr & Company customers. Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, Bonnie is married with three children and makes Atlanta her home.
Her goal is to provide her clients the highest quality possible on a personal level as stated in her motto, “We recognize our policyholders by name…not by policy number.” Additionally she strives to be available by cell phone after business hours if needed.
Bonnie has headed up the personal lines division of W.S. Pharr & Company for seventeen years and has established long-term relationships with the BIG NAMES in the personal property and casualty insurers market:
